BBQ season is back! Its time for eating outdoors and potlucks filled with light and healthy foods. Here’s an awesome salad dressing recipe for all you raspberry lovers out there. It’s easy to make, low fat, vegan, raw, gluten-free and very nutritious. Enjoy!
Low Fat Raspberry Camu Vinaigrette
Ingredients:
½ tsp. Camu Camu Powder
1 ½ Cups Raspberries
2 Tbsp Raspberry vinegar
¼ Cup Raw sunflower seeds
2/3 Cup Apple Juice
½ tsp. Sea salt
Directions:
Using a blender, process al ingredients until smooth and creamy. Refrigerate after use. The dressing may be stored for up to one week. It makes about 1 ½ cups and is raw, vegan, and gluten-free.
