Goji Berry and Apple Salad Recipe

Natural age fighting the yummy way!

Eating Goji berries is a great way to get a dose of antioxidants, including beta-carotene and zeaxanthin. These amazing berries also contain 19 amino acids and are a great source of vitamin C.


Studies have shown that Goji berries actually have more Vitamin C compared to oranges, more iron than meat, and more beta carotene than carrots. So why not give them a try in your salad? The Goji berries will add a bit of tanginess to the recipe that makes this salad unique and tasty! Enjoy.


2 Diced apples

3 Tbsp of walnuts

3 Tbsp Pine nuts

3 Tbsp Sunflower seeds

3 Tbsp Organic Goji berries (soaked)

Any other fruits or nuts (optional)

Enjoy this easy and yummy salad!
