Summer is here. Its hot outside. Everyone likes to indulge a little in those delicious popsicles and fudgesicles. Well here is an alternative to the high fructose, excessively sugar-filled fudgesicles that you purchase from the grocery store. Not only are these fudgsicles delicious, but they also give you your necessary daily dose of superfoods. It is made with cacao, but also contains mesquite powder. It is raw, vegan and gluten free. 1/4 Cup Mesquite Powder
1/4 Cup Cacao Powder
1/2 Cup Coconut milk
1/2 Cup Water
2 Tbsp Agave nectar
Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for 6-8 hours, or overnight, until completely frozen. Serving size depends on the size of the molds, but usually makes 4-6 delicious Cacao Fudgesicles.
There yah go, simple and easy to make. These fudgesicles are extremely nutritious and nutrient dense, perfect for summer. Much better than any grocery store alternative.
