The Worlds Best Antioxidants?

Well lets see. Resveratrol is what is attributed to making French people look so youthful even into their old age. This is called the French Paradox. They attribute the resveratrol in the red wine often consumed as the source.  Now, your average glass of red wine contains .285mg of resveratrol. One pill of Perfect Resgrape contains 200mg of resveratrol, the equivalent of over 700 glasses of wine a day! Now that is powerful, not to mention that this is paired with arguably the most nutrient dense and nutritious grape of them all, the muscadine grape! This grape is know to be a great source of, among other things a little substance called quercetin. Now quercetin is a polyphenol, or to the lay person, something that has a lot of antioxidants. so is this the worlds best source of antioxidants? It’s sad but true, we saw the same thing happen with acai. As soon as the mainstream media gets ahold of a superfoods like resveratrol or acai, people start getting scammed. They buy inferior grade supplements and fall for phony sales pitches. The bottom line is this don’t buy your supplements based on price alone, please. Because in most instances you're really just wasting that money anyways as the supplements are more or less useless, all fillers and the tiny bit of actual substance that was in the pill or capsules was rendered useless due to the way it was manufactured.
